The space
Located on main floor of the property above street level, the unit is private, spacious, sunny, and east facing. Our complex has 4 other private apartments on the upper floors that are typically filled with longer term guests. We strive to create a friendly and safe environment for all who stay with us. Password protected main gate.
Guest access
Access to all the shared common spaces as well as the dining area and half bathroom located on the property. Perfect for entertaining. Parking is also available upon request.
Other things to note
We have 2 friendly cats (Don and Huston) that call Casa Fenix home. They choose to spend most of their time outside but may come visit you during the day. They will be fed by a grounds keeper. Upon your arrival, a walkthrough will be provided to familiarize you with the space and answer any questions you may have. Filtered water is provided in the kitchen. Laundry is not included-I recommend the laundromat on the way to the town square-they wash, fluff and fold for you-for a very reasonable price!
