The laundry machines on site are strictly for the use of the housekeeping staff. You can easily drop your laundry at the local lavanderia and get it back clean and folded the next day for a very low price.

Casa Fenix offers fiber optic wifi for your convenience. Many of our guests are digital nomads and find that the connection is adequate for online meetings. However, as Sayulia is a small town in a developing country we do not guarantee our wifi, particularly in rainy season or in peak tourist periods. Our personal experience is that it works will 95% of the time.

Located on the Pacific coast, receives thousands of tourists every year. It deals with domestic and international air traffic of Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit.

You’ll find that most things are walking distance from the property. Including the bus station that you can access via a short cut (ask us for more detail) Some people choose to rent golf carts or cars while here. We do have limited parking available on the properties for an additional fee. There are a number of golf cart rental companies in town as well as a taxi service that can take you around locally or further. You can take an uber into the town very easily however it’s not as reliable to take one out. We do have numbers for private drivers for airport pick up and drop off service upon request.
