Perfect family getaway or retreat space. With 5 self-contained units and a variety of shared chill zones, your group will have a great time. A short easy walk to the beach or to the square for dining, shopping or nightlife, our property is just far enough away to have restful sleeps yet close enough to walk anywhere in town.
The space
5 units each have their own kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Main unit serves as a great gathering area and as a bonus has a copper bathtub.
Guest access
The whole property is yours for the stay. You’ll have the 2 cats around to keep you safe.
Other things to note
Housekeeping 2x/week is included in this booking. 2 cats (Don and Huston) call Casa Fenix home. They choose to spend most of their time outside but may come visit you during the day. They will be fed by me or a representative. Upon your arrival, a walkthrough will be provided to familiarize you with the space and answer any questions you may have. Filtered water is provided in the main floor kitchen. Laundry is not included-I recommend the laundromat on the way to the town square-they wash, fluff and fold for you-for a very reasonable price!
